Brandpeoples.com is committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently across India through reliable courier partners.

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders for customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time of 3-7 business days.

Delivery Timeline

• • Metro Cities and Major Towns: 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

• • Tier 2/3 Cities and Remote Areas: 7-12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines. Actual delivery time may vary depending on location, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen logistical issues. Brandpeoples shall not be responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.

Shipping Charges We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. No shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Cash on Delivery facility is available on selected pin codes. Additional COD handling charges may apply as per the courier partner’s policy.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link or by logging into your account under the “My Orders” section on our website.

Shipping Restrictions We currently deliver only within India. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or certain restricted / unreachable areas. Brandpeoples reserves the right to cancel orders if delivery is not possible to the provided address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments In case your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) along with clear supporting photographs. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest.

International Shipping At present, we do not offer international shipping.
